Matching service

HVAC FINDER is a referral and matching service, not an HVAC contractor. It does not perform inspections, diagnoses, repairs, installations, or maintenance.

Contractor relationship

Any estimate, contract, payment, warranty, scheduling commitment, or completed work is solely between you and the HVAC company. You are responsible for reviewing credentials, licensing, insurance, scope, price, and terms before authorizing work.

No guarantee

A match is not a guarantee of availability, suitability, response time, pricing, workmanship, or outcome. You may decline any introduction or proposal.

Emergencies

Do not use the service for life-safety emergencies. Call 911 where appropriate. If you smell gas or suspect carbon monoxide, leave the area and contact emergency services or your utility provider.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide information you are authorized to share and not misuse, disrupt, scrape, or attempt to compromise the service.
