• Consent and transaction records: submission ID, date and time, the disclosure shown at submission, and your affirmative agreement.
• Technical information: IP address, browser or device information, page requests, timestamps, referral information, and security logs received by our infrastructure providers.

Do not include payment details, Social Security numbers, passwords, government identifiers, medical information, or other information the form does not request.

3. Sources of information

We receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser and our hosting or security providers, and from advertising or referral partners when campaign parameters identify how you reached the website.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

A participating HVAC company may pay HVAC FINDER for an introduction. Depending on the law where you live, a compensated disclosure may be considered a "sale" of personal data even though you requested it. We do not disclose a request to unrelated data brokers or a list of contractors. If you do not want the requested disclosure, do not submit the form. After submission, you may ask us to stop later disclosures, but we may not be able to retrieve information already delivered to a company.

7. Cookies and similar technology

The website and its infrastructure may use essential storage or similar technology for security, fraud prevention, preferences, and reliable operation. If advertising or analytics technology is added, this policy and any legally required controls will be updated before it is used.
